All standard pricing is based on the Good Specification which offers a good quality product at our competitive pricing. You can then select any upgrades you might like to make from the better and best specifications based on what is important to you and what fits the budget. For example you may want to ensure your cladding is hardy as your site is coastal, you can choose to keep you kitset at the good specification but upgrade the cladding to linea as this material does well in coastal environments, this means you get something that suits your site and budget, but even better a premium product at a Kitset price! We have also included a link to the “No Allowance” document, this lets you know what is not included in your Kitset so there are no nasty surprises!
