Name: Neil Croft
Region: Far North and Whangarei
Born and raised in Whangarei, I entered the family timber company in December 1978 where I worked for 17 years. Along with the team at Croft Timber I helped grow the company to become one of New Zealand’s biggest roundwood producers. In the late nineties I sold my shares in the company and took 2 years out to run our charter boat in Mangonui in the Far North. From 2000 my wife Viv and I have run a successful earthmoving and construction company in Whangarei, specialising in developing steep sections around the Northland coast.
Late last year we purchased Kitset Homes N.Z licenses for the Whangarei and Far north areas. As local residents with local knowledge we are committed to offering clients in the area a high level of service based on forming a strong working relationship to ensure your needs are met. With the buying power of a country wide network we are pleased to be able to offer you a quality home at an affordable price.

Name: Nicky Scrymgeour
Region: Kaipara Licensee
With a background in I.T. Nicky has worked in both NZ and Australia predominantly in I.T. development and project management. In 2004 Nicky and her husband Doug returned to New Zealand and, keen on a change in direction, Nicky set about renovating two houses before moving North out of Auckland to the Kaipara area.
Utilizing her project management skills, interest in the building industry and trade experience helping run Doug’s Plumbing, Gas and Drainage business Nicky set about a design and build project with Kitset Homes to build the house she still lives in. So convinced that Kitset Homes offer a great product and superior service Nicky became a licensee a year later. This career and location change has proved to be a fantastic move, enabling Nicky to utilise her project management/building experience. The advantage for clients is real life experience designing and building a Kitset Home but the real benefit comes from the understanding of the process that allows us to provide superior products and customer service.

Name: Mike Johnson
Regions: Counties / Manukau
Currently residing in Bombay, I am a director of our family company offering professional and trade services throughout the Coromandel, Hauraki Plains and Franklin regions.
Having an accounting and business management background, operating our painting and decorating and home renovations arm, together with a personal passion for home building, I have decided to combine these skills and interests, to expand my company’s services into the new home market through sales and project management of the build on behalf of clients.
Having moved to the Franklin district two years ago, I was introduced to the Trenz Homes group by Phil Evans. Recognizing the products potential in the market place, I have elected to become the licensee holder for the Counties Manukau Hauraki Plains region, as well as holding a sales role within the Coromandel territory. I love to get involved in the design and planning of a home and look forward to helping clients achieve their dream of a new home.
Trenz Homes offers clients a great cost effective product, flexibility to personalize a design and superior customer service. Together we can offer clients a truly innovative housing solution.
In my spare time, I love to spend time at my daughters sporting events, as well as fishing and sailing when the opportunity arises.

Name: Nick Fleetwood
Region: Canterbury
I have been a Licensee with Trenz Homes NZ Ltd since 2011. Born and raised in Canterbury I got involved in Trenz Homes as I saw an opportunity to offer people an easy step by step process to creating a dream home.
Time on the end of a hammer, as a fencing contractor in Australia, and working for a Christchurch building company have all helped me to understand the importance of building once and doing it right.
I love working with my clients, building a relationship of trust, and assisting them in getting creative with the Trenz systems to push the boundaries. Creating their dream, and being able to change and modify designs to suit their exact needs is so refreshing in today's building industry.
There is nothing more exciting than seeing the key turn on a completed build that fits budget and is completed on time. Come and see what we can do to help you live the dream!
Name: Mike McCall
Region: Southland - Te Anau
A born and bred Southlander, Mike has great pride in his home region and likes nothing better than to see development and progress taking place in Southland.
He has a keen interest in property, which has seen him undertake a number of building and renovation projects on homes of his own. In doing so, he found himself to have an eye for detail and a flair for project management.
It was this experience that sparked his interest in kitset homes. With their wide range of flexible plans and personal, down-to-earth approach, Mike saw Trenz Homes to be the perfect fit for Southlanders wanting to build themselves a home, bach or investment property, from Te Anau to Stewart Island, and everywhere in between.
When he's not working in property, Mike enjoys getting active and making the most of what the south has to offer – snowboarding, boating, wakeboarding and mountain biking, as well as playing rugby and basketball.
